Characters: Katina, Subaru, and Akiha
Date: I'll get back to you on that in a moment
Summary: Nightmare make relationship go BOOM
Warnings: Smooches? Anger? Poooossible violence?

...the well had given her some advice, she supposed. That was good advice, right? Talk it out. Deal with the consequences. Try not to hurt anyone any more than you already are you dumb bitch.

But those nightmares, if she could call them that, were her own thoughts, her own mind, with a voice reassuring her beneath it all. When did she start letting people push her around? Sure, when she was absolutely dumb and wrong, Russell had gotten away with putting her back on track, but that was rare. She took charge and she took what she wanted and did what she wanted and people listened. Even if people she couldn't fight didn't like it, she could be persuasive when pressed.

Now Akiha was pushing her around, had a collar on her, and she was crying and desperate over her and Subaru, letting how they feel decide things that she should be deciding, making it painful for her to do what was just coming naturally. Ha, like they knew the real her. She'd been a pansy, sucking up, just for what? A little emotional security, some good sex? Katina didn't need that if it meant not having any guts.

She knew when Subaru was active, knew when Akiha was active, and just had to make them cross paths. If they didn't like the truth about her, fuck 'em. She waited for Akiha to come by outside of the mansion, where she knew Subaru would see them if she came by, running or whatever.

"It's still not too cold out yet huh?"

Akiha had come out to look at the momiji, loving the vermilion red leaves, and had been trailing her fingers over the ends of the branches when she heard Katina. She looked over her shoulder and gave the woman a small smile.

"Not yet. I hope this lasts." She turned her head up to look at the leaves. "I'll be sad when they fall..."
