[ Winter has slowed the flower youkai down, it's true, but after being tricked by those marigolds so recently she was not about to let it slide. Exploring the entirety of the gardens might seem like a tall order, but she has nothing but time now to investigate her surroundings more thoroughly. If she so happens to bump into one of its inhabitants,that's just a bonus for her. Especially if something fun happens along the way~. ]


((OOC: As you can see, Yuuka's just wandering all over. Feel free to pick and choose where and when the two bump into each other. Mistletoe is optional, but largely the point of this post.))

[ Yes. Obviously. Florina raises herself up a bit, though, closer, enough to feel Yuuka's breath. ]

A-are you... ready?

[ Someone is pleased with herself. ] Of course.

[ Ah. Despite how intimidating she is, Yuuka is still... pretty. Even if she's frightening, her lips are still lips.

Taking one, two, three steadying breaths, Florina leans forward, awkwardly just pressing lips together instead of really kissing, hands locked at her sides. ]

[ It's true that there is nothing remarkable about her lips at all. They're a little warmer and softer as one can expect from a woman out in this weather for a long period of time; a testament to her vibrancy and her need to avoid feeling bogged down by the winter.

Of course, Yuuka won't be satisfied with an awkward kiss like this, and she draws her free hand up to the girl's chin to tilt her head for better access. Not because the youkai would particularly enjoy the kiss, but because she wants to make sure the girl is quite flustered by the end of it. ]

[ Lips. Don't focus on them, just getting rid of this barrier and then finding Lyn and forgetting about Yuuka for a while.

She frowns as Yuuka moves in, hands rising to her shoulders. Maybe they need to do this much, but if she goes further she's getting pushed - Florina doesn't want to kiss other people, she just wants to get out of here. ]

[ Yuuka feels that shift in the girl's mouth, and much to her pleasure she lets go of the sword!

...only to wrap that arm around her back and clamp down, instead. This isn't over, yet! ]

[ Well, her sword's free, so maybe Yuuka's... not done at all, no, now she's holding Florina there, far too close to defend herself. She shifts away very slightly, but can't easily break the kiss at this point.

She makes a very perturbed noise against Yuuka's lips. ]

[ Is that noise the signal for Yuuka to bite down on Florina's bottom lip, hard enough to draw blood? Must have been, because that's exactly what the youkai aims to do when the girl resists. ]

[ NO THAT IS NOT. It is not a signal to do anything terrible, or painful, but here it is. She's stuck. Florina can't pull away, for fear of having her lip torn, so she's forced to put up with the pain and the taste of blood, whimpering and shutting her eyes tightly.

Slowly, her hand drops to the hilt of her sword. ]

[ That point is where Yuuka finally decides that she had enough fun and pulled away — without pulling the girl's lip with her, of course.

She let go and wiped a bit of blood off of her own lip. ] Whoops. Seems I'm truly terrible at this.

[shy_flier]

[ The moment her lip is free, Florina pushes off of Yuuka, stumbling back - and through the space where the barrier had been.

Her hand doesn't leave her sword just yet. ]

...leave me alone now.

[nephentes_rajah]

[ Yuuka herself doesn't make any sudden moves, but does gesture wide with her arms. ] Oh come now, don't tell me that you're bored of me already. Just when we were getting to know one another~.

[ Florina's other hand raises, gingerly touching her lip. No, this won't do at all. This person is not at all someone she wants to hang around with. ]

...I'm leaving.

[nephentes_rajah]

[ She picks up her umbrella and cradles in in her hands. This works for her. Not every encounter has to end in a knock-down drag-out. Her goal has been accomplished, and quite smoothly. ] Don't let me stop you, dear.

[ Florina would really like to know why someone decided to maul her lip, but she's got a very strong sense that Yuuka is more dangerous than she looks and acts.

So, letting her hand drop off of her sword, she turns to walk away - though not without looking over her shoulder. ]

[ Because then she would have to explain that ruined lip to someone else, and if that other person was protective enough, they might come try and fight her.

But for now, all she does is stand there and wave the girl goodbye. Have fun with that~. ]
