Really should know better.

Summary: Mistletoe mischief! Also, I had just missed the one last year:(

A gloom had come over many of her friends, and it was bringing Fionna down...almost. After all, the weather was changing, and there was something about the way the weather had changed that made Fionna feel happy. If her friends weren't going to be happy, she could at least try for them, right?

And what was the best way to do that but to try to get into a festive mood? Fionna was in the gardens, putting flowers in her hair, her hair combed neatly and flowing a little longer than usual out of her hat. It would have surprised even Cake back home: she had never looked this primped up.

Of course, this would have actually been a good idea to look at Alice's post, but like most alerts, Fionna had missed them and was walking around the gardens, seeing what food she could gather in the treefort later. True, she was really only there half the time, but you never knew what you would need later, right?

Amamiya smile, and laid her head on Fiona's shoulder. "It was no problem," she said. "We long-haired girls have to stick together, after all."

She tilted her head, bringing it in for a kiss.

Fionna grinned. "I got no problem sticking by you. You'd have to tear me away!"

The bunny hatted girl had no problem moving into the kiss, pulling Amamiya closer to her and feeling the girl's hair between her fingers. If you had asked Fionna what she would have liked right now, it was this, snuggled close to the girl that made an impact the first moment they met.

Amamiya pressed backwards onto the bed, slowly lowering them both down until they were laying beside one another, kissing all the while. Then she broke the kiss, and reached up to pull Fionna's hat off.

This, so far, was exactly what Fionna had wanted. They had kissed a long time before, sure, but there was something that Fionna felt that was more direct now, more passionate when the two of them were like this, both feeling nervous and excited and jittery like now. When Amamiya reached for the hat Fionna didn't even flinch, letting all of her blond hair spill about her.

"How on earth do you fit all this under that hat?"

Amamiya ran her fingers through Fionna's hair, feeling those smooth golden locks all the way down.

Fionna shrugged. "I just do, I dunno. Sometime I think it is the hat."

The feelings of fingers through her hair sent a jolt of pleasure right along the skin, and Fionna sighed, taking in the air with a nervous chuckle.

Amamiya smiled as she felt down FIonna's hair again, and then slowly slid her hand up her girlfriend's side. She stopped a hair's breadth away from her...her breast, her hand hovering nervously.

"I'm...I'm going to touch it," she said, heart in her throat.

Fionna swallowed, licking her lips, her mouth open a little. She loved having Amamiya touch her hair, it made her whole body alive with pleasure, like an electric current running over her.

Heck, that HAD happened before literally. This was way nicer.

"Y-yeah, ok," she said, her mouth feeling like sandpaper.

Amamiya closed her eyes and pressed her hand in, compressing the breast into the body. She stopped almost as soon as she began, and then dared to crack one eye open.

"...is that it?" she said. It was meant as a comment on how surprisingly simple it was, not breast size.

To Amamiya, this was a big thing. To Fionna, who had never so much as thought about touching herself Luke this, it was beyond anything she read or really felt. No wonder people were always writing about this.

She hid a smile. "It feels really good. Uh, you don't have to stop."

Amamiya took her other hand and grabbed her other breast, more aggressively this time. "How's this?" she asked as she squeezed Fionna's bust, trying to discern the location of her nipples through her clothing.

Fionna bit her lip, grabbing the sheet a little. It sort of hurt, but not like an actual "someone punching her" kind of hurt. It was the kind of pain that even though it happened still felt good. Fionna let out a subtle squeak, her hand finding Amamiya's thigh.

"G-good! It feels...like pain, but good, you know?"

Amamiya jerked her hands back. That hadn't been quite the right thing to say.

"I'm not hurting you, am I?" she practically squeaked.

Fionna laughed. "Not enough to bother me, don't worry! I trust you, and I'll let you know if it hurts. I really like you touchin' me, ok?"

And as if to show that, she pressed her brow to Amamiya's cheek. "It's nice."

"All right," Amamiya said. She reached back down and grabbed both of her breasts again. "If you say so. How's this?"

She squeezed again with both hands.

Fionna shuddered. This time it felt less painful and more like she'd made all of her skin all sensitive. She fidgeted, then turned to Amamiya and pressed the girl's hand to her bra. She ran her hand lightly on te back of the girl's neck, sucking her breath in.

Well that seemed promising. She kissed Fionna, and began working her hands, squeezing one breast, and then the other, alternating between them.

Fionna sighed quietly, knees starting to buckle a little under her. All those emotions he felt, all those things eh read about this, it seemed like such a bigger, awesome thing with someone else! What was more, it was Amamiya, the girl that had made her smile, who had been subtle and quiet, but strong and brave and the kind of person she knew she cared about more than anyone.

And that was why, in a bold move for her part, Fionna's hand started to ride up Amamiya's back shirt.

Amamiya paused as she felt that hand up the back of her shirt, the heat on her back sending chills all around it.

She smiled, and slid one of her hands down Fionna's side, towards the bottom of her own shirt. The other hand stayed right where it was, thumb playing gently over the breast's surface.

It was like she was floating, without sound, without any kind of floor beneath them. She was really glad that she didn't have to speak right now because she had no idea what she would even say. What she did know was that her hand didn't leave Amamiya's shirt: her fingertips traced around it, over her shoulders, around her back and resting right under where she felt the softness of her belly.

She arched her back slightly, feeling another dizzying pulse of tickling pleasure at the touch of her breasts, teeth clenching.

"S-so good," she moaned.

Amamiya closed her eyes, self-conscious as Fionna traced her hand over her meagre curves. She needed a moment to steady herself against it, to avoid the negative feelings her mind tried to conjure up unbidden. She wasn't going to let her issues ruin this, even if she had to force herself past a mental wall.

"You do know I've barely gotten started," she asked, laughing a little as she opened her eyes and returned to the here and now.

Fionna blinked, opening her eyes wide. Ok, this was new territory to begin with, she got that, and she guessed that she HAD read about the kind of stuff other people did in the poems. But they were never that explicit, just talked about things like body parts and being all close and kissing. This was why Fionna was treading lightly, so she didn't make Amamiya feel too uncomfortable.

She laughed nervously. "I-I knew that! I just wanted to make sure that you were, you know, fine with me touching you too." To demonstrate what she meant, she drew the girl closer, taking her scent in quietly, then cupping her cheek. "I wanna make sure I don't do anything that makes you feel weird. Bad weird, not the good kinda weird I'm feeling right now!"

"I'm simply saying: you may want to save the 'do good' for later, when it'll be of more use."

She smiled and gave Fionna another kiss.

Fionna wasn't sure what she was talking about, but if that was important she was forgetting about it right at the moment. It was much better to just get lost in this moment, near the person that made being here amazing.

Amamiya's hand played along the bottom of Fionna's shirt, tentatively, while she massaged her breast. Then finally, she asked: "Would it be all right...if I took your shirt off?"
