Summary: Ryoko will help people make chocolates for their ♥loved ones♥
Warnings: ~~foodkink~~ J/K N/A, except for maybe extreme slowness/backtagging on my part. assume that Ryoko made a vine post inviting people to join her to make homemade valentines' candy!

The kitchen today was neatly arranged with cocoa, vanilla, various fruits, sprinkles, nuts, icings, and everything else anyone would need to make the perfect homemade valentines' chocolates. Ryoko had also ventured into the wild and brought a decent amount of magic dirt, which she was currently making a heart-shaped mold out of. Seems like it could probably be transformed into any other shape, too~

"Now then! Shall we get started?"

Dizzy was ready, cute little apron and everything. She'd made chocolates before, of course, but she always loved a full kitchen. It was just more fun making things with friends.

"Ready!"

Exactly. Or... well, what's even more fun is making things with interesting observation subjects! It's not every day a girl gets to collect data on an angel, after all.

"So, for our first batch... milk, dark, or white chocolate?" Ryoko asked, gesturing to each of the open bags of cocoa in turn.

Dizzy looked at the bags as if the decision were far more important than it actually was. She considered various traditions she had learned...

"Ah, I think white chocolate is considered more romantic, isn't it?"

"It's a good choice! But, more romantic? Is it really?" Ryoko hummed, and picked up a spoon to sample a small taste of the white chocolate powder. "Maybe so, from where you came from... in Germany?" she quirked an eyebrow, remembering how she'd been called 'frau'.

"Well, white is considered a color of purity, where as the darkness of chocolate may recall more... basic instincts, I think. So if you want to go for the heart, white chocolate is better, right?" Dizzy explained her logic.

"That's an interesting way to think about it. It sounds like you have a very innocent love... how cute," she couldn't help but sigh a little and cup her own cheek, the very picture of a romantic school girl.

It was really the only kind of love Dizzy knew about. "So... does that work?"

"It does! Now, let's see..." Ryoko paused in scooping a cup of the powder into a larger bowl. "Exactly how many candies would you like to make? A larger batch of giri chocolates, or just a few for that special someone~?"

"O-oh, I... don't really have a special someone..."

Aw. She patted the other girl's shoulder sympathetically.

"--Yet! Think of it that way."

"Well... I suppose. I was mostly making chocolates for my friends, though, to answer the question. So a large batch should be fine, right?"

She nods as she empties the cup into the bowl. "Of course. When it comes to chocolates, there's no such things as unwanted leftovers, either!"

Really, cooking was just a matter of timing and quantity and ingredients. Not even cookbooks could ever get the optimum recipe... but, she hums happily as she measures out some vanilla and sugar and baking powder. "See if you can find a whisk, Dizzy-san."

And off she went, floating just off the ground as she dug around the various supply draws for not only a whisk, but one of appropriate size. After all, it shouldn't be too big or too small.

She hummed softly as she cut a small portion of butter to melt, watching Dizzy's flying with interest out of the corner of her eye, constantly collecting data. "When you find it, mix everything together until we have a good chocolate sauce. Feel free to taste-check, too!"
