Summary: Mugi was invited to spend the night with Akira and Kazumi. Bathing, cooking, and recovery time commences!

[ Mugi is practically glowing with enthusiasm as she steps inside, taking in the layout of the apartment that her two friends shared. The entire structure had a very unique appearance, so she was curious what it might look like inside. This is her first time staying overnight with someone else while in the Gardens, so it's exciting on several levels.

Fortunately, Mugi had been taken while in her pajamas, so those are already in the first bag she sets down on the floor. The second holds that black-and-white dress she had been about to change into when she was told to get ready to be let go. Her hair still has a feather tucked into the bun, which seems out of place with the plain blue dress she was wearing. ]

Ah, so this is where you both live. How wonderful!

[ Mugi pouts, briefly. She refuses to let a little sleepiness get in the way of helping her friend! Her hands clap her own cheeks several times with her eyes closed. When Mugi opens them again, she gives Akira a determined look and nods once. Problem: solved! ]

[ Mugi takes that hand from before in both of hers. ] But that is what I want, Akira-kun.

... Mugi... don't kid yourself. You've barely known me for so long. You don't need my issues. I don't want to ruin what we have by daring to think we can have more.

[ She blinks. Maybe Mugi really is that tired, that she doesn't fully catch on to Akira's implication. Or perhaps she thought she misheard it. ] I want to know more. I don't know how much longer I will be able to stay with everyone.

... Well. I guess that's fair. -Akira curled her fingers about the hands holding hers.-

I'm an open book. So I guess we should just pick a chapter and roll with it.

[ Mugi smiled. ] Wherever you'd like to start, I would be fine with it.

Hmm... Well, how about you remind me what you already know about me.

[ Taking a moment to think about that. ] The Akira-kun that I know is good with people, good with words, and good with keys! [ Of the piano variety, of course. ]

How much have I told you about Lilly? My sister.

I meant it! [ Though she isn't so insistent. ]

Yeah, well... you remind me of her. Just a bit. It's kinda weird.

I do? [ She hopes that is a good thing. But then... ] Because of that, you miss her more.

... I guess I can't really find the words I need. Heh... funny. When it comes to flirting, I usually know just what to say. But something like this... I'm tongue-tied. It took me a sec to realize I'm making myself sound like a siscon.

But it's all right because we're not related! [ Mugi just sort of... blurted that out, not quite sure on what, exactly, was "all right". ]

... I like you, Mugi. A lot. I'm not sure the extent of that right now. But I do know that... if you're willing to allow me, I'd like a chance to court you more properly, once I've settled things with Akiha.

[ Mugi briefly wonders what Akiha has to do with anything, as she's not too familiar with the girl it belongs to. But she nods. ] Mmn. I'll wait, Akira-kun.

[ She casts a shy glance downward. ] ...perhaps I should go back to the other room, now, and let you rest.
