Summary: Lambda returns Amamiya's weapon.

Even with Lambda's problem solving abilities being somewhat rudimentary, figuring out Amamiya's location was a reasonably simple task. Find the broadcast where she had announced her intentions over the Vine. Determine from that broadcast's background that she appeared to have taken up residence in one of the various homes offered in the Necessities. Find that building and scan for any heat signals present inside. Even if every room had been occupied, there should have been a limited amount to check, so she didn't mind knocking on every door if she had to.

Of course, the Apartments were nowhere near that full. It didn't take her long to come to Amamiya's door, even if she didn't know for certain it was hers when she reached it. She paused for just a moment — from what Akiha had said, this woman could be potentially dangerous, and she was about to arm her — before knocking, the bladed "wings" at her back tensed and ready for the worst case scenario.

Amamiya pushed the door open, suspecting nothing. And on the other side was...a girl she remembered meeting once. It had been a long time ago, but it was hard to forget someone like that.

"Can I help you?" she asked.

Lambda remembered that meeting as well — but she remembered significantly more information with significantly more accuracy than a normal human, so that wasn't surprising. When she had first realized who Amamiya was, she had felt conflicted about the situation for a brief moment, but as it generally wasn't in Lambda's nature to contemplate these things deeply she simply held up Amamiya's sickle, offering it. "I have been given orders to return your weapon."

Amamiya froze up for a moment at the sight of that sickle, and then reached out and took it robotically.

"So...you work for her, do you?"

She hesitated for a moment, seeming to consider the question. While she was not bound to do so as she was for Kokonoe, performing tasks for her in exchange for food and housing fit the definition well enough.

"...Yes."

[gentlecuteside]

"If she sent you to kill me, I would appreciate you not beating around the bush."

[cobbledtogether]

"My given orders are to return your weapon. I have been instructed to only engage you in the event that you approach the mansion."

[gentlecuteside]

"She doesn't need to worry about that," Amamiya said, stretching out her neck. It was still a bit bore from the wounds Akiha and Kris had inflicted on her. "I'm not stupid."

Her lips pursed just slightly at that response. Then, she asked, "Should I relate this information to her?"

"If you like," Amamiya said. "As far as I'm concerned, our business is concluded."
