Characters: Sette Frummagem and anybody who's getting tied to her.
Date: During the Valentine's day event.
Summary: Sette is getting increasingly exasperated by the Queen's apparent efforts to force her to make friends.
Warnings: Sette may say some foul things. Also Deimonia is liable to try and spook her.
This wasn't the first time Sette got yanked around by the Garden's event. The first time was with Fionna, but she'd hardly had a chance to lay her head down before she was yanked away again, dragged physically towards the next person, fighting and cursing the whole way.

OK she was only vaguely aware of what went on on that side of her Da's business.

"Of course. The dastardly, fiendish rogue feared throughout. I'll be disappointed if I have anything left in my pockets after this conversation."
...She had nothing in her pockets to begin with.

She yawns. She can't help it, she's tired, dammit!

"Looks like someone's had a bit too much excitement today."

The big yawn she made right after that betrayed her, though. A nap sounded really good right now.

"Tell me more about your dad."

"What's more to say?" she said as she rested against the older woman. "He built the business up from scratch, started with just a pub, an' now every piece of action in Hanghorse and beyond owes him some fealty."

It was a lie, but one so well-practiced that she almost believed it herself.
