Tenshi and Kazumi

Characters: Kazumi, Tenshi, and an unspecified number of horrors. Also snow.
Date: During the snow event, 22th and following
Summary: Tenshi and Kazumi are alone and have to deal with it
Warnings: Snow, terrifying monsters, and cuddling.



The only thing in sight was a small hut, in the middle of essentially nowhere. Snow in all directions, as far as the eye could see. Aside the howling wind, there was no noise - there was little that could, at the moment. After all, other than the hut, a few scattered trees, and the snow, nothing else seemed to exist.

Inside the hut were two women, both from Earth, although most likely from different versions thereof. And it was now that they began to awaken...

"... morning..." she blinked sleepily up at Tenshi, "... did I...?"

"Yes. You quite obviously did." Tenshi said with mild sarcasm, then stretched. "Using me as a pillow, too."

"O-oh..." she turned a bit red at that, "S-sorry about that...?"

"It's fine, it's fine, I can handle something like that." Because, after all, she had been wrestled worse, by Nero for example. "It's not a problem." Much.

"A-alright, then... if you say so..." Kazumi said lamely.

It was nice, though... what little she could remember, anyway. At least, she's pretty sure that's why her dream had been pleasant.

"Right..." Tenshi started, then shook her head. "Wonder if we'll get those birds today again."

"Oh, and you probably want to get dressed.

"R-right, I'll do that..."

And Kazumi did that, as well as freshening herself up with the meager bathroom facilities.

"This place really is annoying..." Tenshi commented. "Should at least have warm water."

"Y-yeah..." Kazumi agreed, "A kotatsu would be nice, too."

"A kotatsu?" Tenshi asked. "...Another of those game things?"

"No, it's this table that has a heater attached under it and a blanket over it that you sit under. It's really comfy."

After a bit of thought, she said, "I could build one for your house if you want with that building stuff."

"You really want to come to the house sometimes, huh?" Tenshi asked, sounding somewhat surprised. "I'm not usually sitting still that long, but I guess it IS nice for humans that do?"

"It is a nice house..." Kazumi pointed out, "It just needs a few modern conveniences."

"Er....alright?" Tenshi tried, somewhat unsure what modern conveniences really meant. "Just don't change it to one of those moon rocket things..."

"E-even if I knew how to do that, I wouldn't," Kazumi assured.

"Good, because outside world stuff like that is just stupid. Only little vampire brats would try that."

"America made moon rockets," Kazumi pointed out.

No, she wasn't referring to the anthropomorphic representation of said country, since she hasn't met any of those people (yet?).

"No idea, I just know someone tried that rocket thing in Gensokyo. It was pretty stupid, really."

"What happened?"

"They got to the moon, I think. At least they had windows."

"Yeah, I guess so? If I went to the moon, I suppose I'd like to be able to see it..."

"Well, you'd not last long on there, the moon people are vicious or something."

"There's moon people? I guess you really are from a different Earth than I am, then..."

"No, no, they're hidden from humans ever since the war humans and them had. Normal humans wouldn't know about it, I think. I only know because of Aya's newspaper"

"O-oh, I guess that makes sense..." after a pause, she wondered, "I hope the birds are going to stop by again."
