Summary: New Years Eve party at the Inn / Onsen

Just as Subaru had announced, the Inn was laid out for a grand old party and everyone was invited! The first floor had wall panels opened for two large rooms for mingling; one with food and music, the other with a few different games (and space for anything people might bring in)!

The hot springs are also ready as always, with towels and buckets and such all set out, in case someone wanted a nice relaxing soak in the otherwise chill night air.

For those staying the night, the second floor has been closed off to offer as much privacy as possible, with futons laid out as they were intended, four to a room. It might be too cold and dark to go home after midnight, after all, and Subaru will not kick anyone out.

The only thing she seems to have forgotten is fireworks... but that doesn't mean sparks can't fly at midnight.

[~~So Mugi wishes to ride Sayaka, gotcha~~ She wasn't expecting to dance, nor be approached about it, but...] Well... I guess, if you want.

[ She straightens up and extends a hand to the other girl. ] Yes, please!

[She stays quiet for a moment, before nervously giving her own hand over.]

[ Mugi takes it and guides her friend over to the clear area of the mats where others were also enjoying the music. Some were just standing around chatting and moving idly, and others getting more into it. It's something light playing now; pop-ish and definitely NOT something you slow dance to.

So! Mugi just sort of rocks side to side on her feet a moment to get a feel for the rhythm, and swaying her arm with Sayaka's hand still held. Does she know what she's doing? Not really! She's just sort of going with it. ]

[Sayaka, for her part, just kind of tried to mimic what Mugi was doing. Does SHE know what she's doing? Nooooot at all.]

[ At least it's fun? Mugi definitely looks like she's having a good time,and hopefully her smile and energy will be a little infectious. ]

[She certainly is smiling some more. Now if only she could get the thoughts of this being romantic out of her mind... it's her love filled mind at work.]

[ Smiles are good! The blonde seems quite pleased with the response, and is bordering on giddy through to the end of this song. ]

[But how does it end, oh leader of the dance?]

[ When the music stops at the end and then drags on into silence as Mugi realizes— ] Oh! I guess that was the last one on that album. [ It isn't like she was using fancy equipment. No multi-disc loader here, folks! ]
