Characters: Aerith Gainsborough and Tifa Lockhart!
Date: Shortly after Aerith arrives.
Summary: A reunion of old friends!
Warnings: uh does HEART WARMING FRIENDSHIP count as a warning?
It was all so strange.
Aerith had long ago accepted her fate, accepted that she would no longer walk the physical earth, that she was the one who watched over her friends when they thought they were alone. This was her life now, her place, so... what was this? Was she a ghost? Or... what? She didn't feel like a ghost in any case.
But that could wait. What mattered the most now was that things were concrete again. Tifa was coming to meet her. Aerith didn't like waiting around, but she didn't want to get turned around trying to find her old friend and delay the meeting even further, so she stayed put. As the woman waited, she idly started to tend to sadder looking flowerbed she had found. A little orange cat was napping by her pink clothes that she hadn't changed back into nearby as well, as she had chosen to stay in the beautiful white gown for a bit longer.
"I wonder what Tifa's been doing since she got here..." She said to the snoozing cat. Aerith laughed a little as she thought of something else then. "Or what Cloud's doing now that he has no one to keep him out of trouble."
