Ky had made it a little further, but not yet out of sight, when she heard the door open again. She turned immediately and started heading back, before Sol even spoke. She looked down at the hallway she'd come back through, noting how much easier it was to return back there with more than a little worry.

"Do you know what's going on, Sol?" Her eyes narrowed. "Other than the fact that apparently I can't leave your side by very much." Ky was slightly amused, if only because she was sure that Sol hated this much more than she did.
