Summary: Sanae claimed to have the blood of gods flowing through her. Circumstance, inversion and a chance encounter leads Akiha to find out for herself.
Warnings: blood, violence
The ruins made for a wonderful place to hunt. Having done so herself, it was a place sought out for its solitude and had many points of concealment. In some instances, it was more like a boxed canyon a wolf could flush its prey toward and trap them inside, but Akiha was no wolf. She didn't want just any prey; she wanted human prey.
But when she caught sight of some familiar green hair, vaguely recalling their last encounter in such a place, she paused before the shrine maiden would see her. She moved silently through the ruins to circle around so she would approach from behind, her hair blazing a bright vermilion color as she went. Sanae had claimed to have kami blood in her. Normally, Akiha wouldn't want to even taste Sanae's blood, afraid the girl's stupidity would be contagious, but things were different now.
Blood of the gods... She would see for herself.
