Zinc knew how romance was... supposed to work. She wasn't a fan though, and her one experience of falling desperately in love was an unpleasant one. It was a lose-lose situation in her eyes. Either the Queen wanted her to do things with her body she found distasteful, or she wanted the same from her heart. Stupid crazy Queen.

Still, Zinc watched Gavril thoughtfully. God, empathy was a disgusting experience, but she could understand what she had to say. Barbet was constantly batting away her hands because she was too cold, stayed away from her mouth in entirety because she was a disease ridden little animal.
