True. However, it's becoming increasingly clear to me that the Incarnae are the real power here. The queen appears to be in control of creation, but the Incarnae can dictate her actions and policies somewhat, and can easily overpower most of us individually. They also may have a different agenda than...whatever the Queen's is.
