The Vine hesitates, then responds. At first, it transmits only Reno's voice, distinctively loud and harsh, edged with the sound of the slums where she grew up. "I'm over here." Not the most clear answer to the question possible, since the Vine hasn't yet shown where she is. "This plague-faced bitch keeps fucking with my shit."
She smacks the Vine, perhaps not the best way to get it to respond, but it does, and it shows her face. She looks more annoyed than anything else.
"I don't know why I don't just kick her in the crotch." It's still not exactly clear where Reno is, but it is clear who she's referring to. Behind her is a woman who looks almost identical to Rufus, clearly in the final stages of Geostigma. Like Rufus, she doesn't really need the wheelchair, and she stands unsteadily, her hand resting on a tree, her gaze fixed on Reno. Accusing.
"It's not my fucking fault the world blew up." The world didn't blow up, but Midgar did, so many things did, so she might as well say that it was the world, since everything changed all at once. As an afterthought, she adds, bitterly addressing Rufus, "White makes you look fat."
